By using Quick Calci, you agree to the terms on this page. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything is unclear, or you would like to talk it through, email me any time at contact@quickcalci.com. These terms cover the calculators and everything else you find at quickcalci.com, and they work alongside the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Who can use it
The calculators are open to everyone. If you are under 18, it is a good idea to have a parent or guardian around, since a lot of the tools deal with money and health.
What the calculators are for
Think of the calculators as a quick way to get estimates and compare your options. They are here to help you think things through. They are not an official quote, a promise, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Not professional advice
Quick Calci does not give financial, tax, legal, or medical advice, and using it does not make me your advisor. The tools work from the numbers you type and the formula shown on each page, which means they cannot know your full situation.
Rates, rules, and everyone's circumstances are different, so please double check anything important with a qualified professional who knows your details before you act on it. The Disclaimer goes through this point by point if you want the longer version.
Accuracy and availability
I do my best to keep the formulas right and the site running smoothly. Even so, I cannot promise everything is flawless or always online. Calculators may change or be removed now and then, and the site may go offline for maintenance or for reasons outside my control. Thanks for understanding.
What belongs to Quick Calci
The code, design, words, and branding here are mine unless I say otherwise. You are welcome to use the calculators for your own personal use. Please just do not copy, resell, or republish the site's content somewhere else without asking me first.
How you may use the site
You are free to use the calculators for your own everyday needs, at no cost. A few gentle requests to keep the site healthy for everyone:
- please do not use it to break the law or step on anyone else's rights
- please do not try to overload, disrupt, or hack the site or its servers
- please do not scrape or bulk copy the content for another service
- please do not pass off the results as professional advice from me
Ads and outside links
Quick Calci shows ads through Google AdSense and links out to other websites. I do not run those ads or sites, so I cannot take responsibility for their content, products, or practices. Any dealing you have with an advertiser or a linked site is strictly between you and them.
A note on responsibility
I share these tools in good faith and hope they help, but I offer them just as they are. As far as the law allows, I cannot be held responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, leaning on its results, or not being able to reach it. Please treat the numbers as a helpful starting point, not the final word.
If something goes wrong
If you use the site in a way that breaks these terms and that ends up causing a problem for me, I would ask that you help cover the costs involved. Stick to using the tools as intended and this should never come up.
Feedback and ideas
I love hearing which calculator you want next or what could work better. If you send a suggestion, bug report, or idea, you are giving me permission to use it to improve Quick Calci, with no obligation on either side. You will not owe me anything for using the site, and I will not owe you anything for acting on an idea you shared freely.
These terms work as a whole
If any single part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand. If I do not act on something straight away, that is not me giving up the right to act on it later. Together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, this page is the full agreement between us about using the site.
Updates to these terms
I may tweak these terms as the site grows or the rules change. The Last Updated date at the top shows when I last revised them, and using the site after a change means you are okay with the latest version.
Which laws apply
These terms follow the laws of India, and any disagreement would be handled by the courts there. Hopefully it never comes to that.
